I have 1x twin Double room available only for PLAB2 Occupants for two person coming together and staying for same duration.

House located walking distance from the CS PLAB2 accademy. Bus stops and local shops are in walking distance.

The house occupants with an Indian landlord couple(straight) and may be two other doctors. House has two bathrooms. One is fully to the landlords and other one will be shared by the the twin room with other two doctors.

Twin Room :
Ideal for two friends coming together.
Only Available For 2x person to stay for same duration. Per person Rent £570.00 for a month of 30 days, it will be calculated accordingly £19 per day per person with the number of days duration of stay. ready to move, and furnished.

Not applicable:
Visitors are strictly NOT allowed in house including family member or partner.
Not appropriate for the income support or housing allowance receivers.
Do not contact if you are agent or calling on behalf of some one. Only the person who will reside should communicate.
No occupancy for persons with accompanying Pets.

For PLAB 2 occupants dinner can be provided with extra fee which would help you to save your time for your studies. Short term please contact for price as this may vary depending of your duration.

Bills included:
Reasonable use of Gas, Electricity, Water included. Internet, Council Tax included.
Cleaning payable. Any damage to the property will be payable by the occupier.
