Great Location and good size double bedroom available now in a beautiful private development for rent within 5-7 mins walk to Harold Wood station. A Commuter's dream with Elizabeth line, half an hour train to London Liverpool Street, trains to Bond Street, Paddington and Heathrow. District line access is via Hornchurch or C2C line via Upminster is around 10 mins bus ride.
The room for rent is on the 2nd floor of my town house with its own private bathroom.

I'd prefer to share my beautiful property with someone who is tidy, clean, chilled and respect each other's space.

Local Co-Operative and Nisa store is 5mins and a very trendy Brentwood is 5 mins away in a direct train or car for eating out. Tesco 24 hour is just 10 mins walk away or car takes less than 5 min. Easy access to M25 and to lakeside shopping in just 20 mins.
