Double Room with large Ensuite in lovely house

I have a lovely big double room with a large en suite bathroom ( Bath, Shower, double vanity basin and WC) that has come available in my house.
The house is 10 to 15 minutes walk into central Harrow with access to Harrow on the hill underground. It is about a 15 minute walk to Harrow Wealdstone overground station that has a direct link to London Euston.

There is a comfortable shared lounge, kitchen and downstairs WC for the use of all the housemates.

Rental includes all utility costs, hi speed fiber broadband, TV (with direct connection in this en suite room) and a weekly clean of the common areas. There is also a lovely well kept garden off the back of the house.

I am looking for a professional housemate who will enjoy sharing the quiet, well kept, clean house with the other professionals in the house.
