Hi. I have 1 Large studio room to let for Females preferably. ALL Bills included. Approx 3mtrs x 7mtrs. It is en-suite with power shower. Nice hot water services. Bathroom cabinet with LED lights and mirror demister.
The room has fairly new flooring and carpets. Fairly newly painted with switchable LED spotlights to suit your mood with dimming facility. Comes furnished with small double bed and mattress, wardrobe, WiFi, office chair and desk. All are included. Smart Lighting and Smart Heating controlled from your phone. Super fast Broadband included. minimal use of kitchen. I am preferably looking for Female Professional or Student who I feel will look after the Suite. You will have the opportunity to make it your own place being the first to live there. We are vegetarian so that is also our preference. minimal use of the shared kitchen. One person can stay in the suite with en-suite shower . You also have access to a beautiful large shared garden also with a breakout area almost separate from the main garden.
In terms of transport there is the 182 bus which is very regular which takes you to Harrow and Wealdstone station. The Main line then gets you to Central London Euston in about 12-13 mins. If timing is right you can get to Central London within 30-40mins.
For me it’s important to get the right person. If I feel the person is right but it’s not quite within your budget I’m happy to move slightly on the price. Currently £610.00 but the person needs to be right and I’ll look to reduce. Give me a call and just come and see or video call.
