Double bedroom available

We want vegetarian, non smoker person or couple without kid. only room available. We are family, so we want person ,who adjust with the family. I have kid 9 year old aswell. Family bathroom and kitchen are sharing between both of us. Washing machine is available for Limited purpose. Weekly once or twice .dryer is not available. So u need to dry the clothes for outside professionals.
