Cheap single room will be available within walking distance of Northolt station.

The house has always been very well maintained, has 3 bathrooms, and a massive fully equipped eat-in kitchen. There is also a separated dining/living area, a nice garden with a comfy rattan garden furniture set, BBQ place, and shed for extra storage

Flexible contract: no min and no max term, you can stay as long as you're happy.

All bills included, except gas and electricity. The cost is equally shared between the housemates once every month, which is around £40-60 per person
