This is not a shared accommodation.
There are 2 people in total in the house, all students. You will be living in a great environment house, very quiet with a positive attitude.
We are all professionals who work and study at university most days.
This is a clean house, and we would like to keep it this way.
There are small kitchen amenities such as a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster on the first floor next to your room, but you are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking, baking and washing machines.
We are very flexible with your living requirements and do our best to make you feel at home.
We are happy to assist you if you have any requirements regarding using the kitchen or need more or less furniture in your room.

• There is fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and a toaster on first floor but you can use the kitchen occasionally if you need to.

• We are a professional couple working and study therefore it is a quiet household, and we would like to keep it that way

• There should be no guests and sleepovers

• Not for smokers and drinkers

• We're looking for Students or young professionals who want to live in a fun & respectful house.
