Short term let in Harrow

I (34M) am looking for a flatmate for a large double room available in Harrow-on-the-hill. The room is in a 2nd floor 2-bed apartment in a low rise block on a quiet leafy street on the lower slopes of the hill.

The flat benefits from a communal garden, a single garage, parking (please mention if you need this as I will need to make arrangements) and an elevator.

The room benefits from a large south facing bay window, 2 x built-in double wardrobes and (as my room has an en-suite) and dedicated use of the master bathroom.

The room is available for 1-2 months only so this would suit someone looking for a shorter term let.

The flat has 2 bathrooms (main bathroom and ensuite) so the main bathroom would essentially only be used by you (and guests when they visit).

The price is £1100 pcm inclusive of bills and council tax.

We will ask for references and a security deposit of 6 weeks rent.
