I live in a lovely Edwardian house converted into two flats. Its the upper half with bright spacious rooms, garden too.

If you are looking for a flat heated like a sauna, this is not for you. It has its'quirky drafts reflected by its 130year age.

The flat backs onto a large social park, Harrow Recreation ground- Tennis courts, football , cricket, bowling green and park run every Saturday at 9am.

Public transport is convenient-
Harrow on the Hill/ Metropolitan and Paddington Line is 10-15 mins walk.
Harrow and Wealdstone/ Bakerloo Line. There is also the over ground line to Euston with a fast train taking 12 mins.

Northwick Park Hospital is a 10 min bus ride away.

We will have shared use of living room, kitchen and shower room. Separate toilet to shower.

Must be legitamately dog friendly as I have 2 mature dogs. A Beagle and a Terrier.

Flatmate to be in full time employment working away from home.

Bills are included, Virgin Broadband and TV.

Computer rate Monday to Friday is £680/ month.

Gas electic bills depending on use MAY need revision.. extra cost.

I am of Irish decent, enjoy socialising both at home and out and about locally and far a field.

Well travelled with lots of stories to tell!
