The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so one spare bedroom and bathroom is for let, the kitchen and living room area is shared, everything can be shared. The bills and broadband are included with the rent fee, there’s a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge and other amenities available. I would prefer anyone who is clean and would tidy after themselves as this is a very new flat and everything is brand new including furniture. Thankyou.
