You will have the place to yourself and there is no intention to rent the other bedroom as I use it for storage and pop in once a month (with prior notice) to collect things. London born and raised, liberal-minded, kind-spirited and independent. I have spent many years sharing with others in flat-shares (spareroom member since 2009) and find arrangements work well when there is good communication, plus mutual respect for space and good hygiene. This is a friendly, inclusive and welcoming home but more of a mature chilled home and not a party hangout spot :) I’m chatty but very respectful of privacy and personal space.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
•£1500 inclusive of all bills
•3 month minimum term (can discuss)
• £1200 deposit and 1 month rent required upfront
•Passport identification
•Evidence of employment/income status
•Sorry - no indoors smoking, no children, no full-time working from home (part-time is fine) unless you are 100% okay with wfh full-time in your bedroom.
