• The tenant's room is downstairs, and we live upstairs (apart from you, no one lives downstairs)

•Any time you can go out of the room and come back to the room, even midnight, it doesn't matter (No Time restriction for in and out of the Room)

• 6 months minimum stay- give us a one-month notice when you would like to leave the property
