We’re now looking for a new professional girl to join us.
Im Palestinian and my flatmate is Iraqi, so we also bring all the vibes and lots of flavour to our beautiful penthouse flat in Northwick Park (Harrow) with two stations within a 4 min walk (Bakerloo / Metropolitan line) 19 mins away from Baker Street.
We do have a little cat - the only man in this house! He's a sweet little angel and really friendly.
We’re looking for someone to move in on the 26th September.
Rent is £775 for Sep-October but increasing to £841 as our landlord is increasing rent from the 26th October.
Utilities are around £120-150 monthly on top
£630 deposit for the room.
We're strictly a no alcohol, no pork household!
