This is a pleasant room in a house where you will have your own dedicated bath/shower room as well as exclusive access to a large flexible living area. There will be shared use of the kitchen, dining room and main living room. There is a balcony overlooking the garden to which you will also have access.

Harrow-on-the-Hill tube and train station is just 10 to 15 minutes walk away and there are bus stops, within 2 to 3 minutes' walk of the house. Harrow-on-the-Hill station is in zone five but it is just five stops on the tube to Baker Street.

Once you are at the station, Harrow town offers all the usual amenities: shopping, cinema, bars and restaurants, library.

Bills, including council tax, are NOT included as a part of the monthly rent. Please note that the house is in Band G for council tax purposes.
