💰 Rent: £750 per month for single tenant and £900 if the room's gonna be shared or for couple (bills not included)
💵 Deposit: One month’s rent
📅 Tenancy: Long Term can do 6 months contract
🏠 Please note: Looking for someone who can keep the house clean and tidy at all times and looks after the place.
👭 Ideally looking for someone working, who appreciates a calm home and keeps the space very clean and tidy.
