I'm unfortunately having to move out of this incredible two bed flat for personal reasons so I'm looking for a tenant to takeover from me! (Up to date pictures to come!)
You will be sharing the flat with one other female tenant and there is a shared living room with kitchen and bathroom, and there is a shared garden in the back. The room comes furnished with a bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
It's located in a very quiet area with free street parking too!
The flat is fantastically located being a less than 5 minute walk to Northwick Park and Kenton tube stations, only 2 stops away from Wembley and a 20 minute journey into Zone 1! Also less than a 10 minute walk to a big Sainsbury's and about a 10 minute walk to Northwick Park Hospital.
My tenancy ends 15th January and will be free to move into immediately.
