I’m looking for a professional female lodger to share my lovely, calm home. This is a warm, relaxed house where you’ll have access to most areas while also enjoying your own private space.

The House:
You enter via a hallway that leads to a cosy living room, dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with all kitchenware plus a washing machine/dryer, oven and grill, toaster, kettle, Nutribullet and air fryer – everything you need day to day.

There’s a large back garden with some outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing when the weather’s nice, and an outdoor shed available if you need extra storage. Access to the property is available via the main front door or through the back garden. Off-street parking is also available.

Upstairs you’ll find the bedrooms, office and a shared bathroom. The bathroom is a modern walk-in wet room with underfloor heating – a real treat in the winter.

Your Room:
The lodger’s bedroom is a bright, comfortable double room overlooking the back garden. It includes:
• Double bed with mattress
• Duvet and pillows (if required)
• Desk (if required)
• Built-in wardrobes with ample storage
• Double blinds for privacy and comfort

Tech, Bills & Cleaning:
• Excellent Wi-Fi, ideal for working from home
• Access to Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+
• All bills included: gas, electricity, water and council tax
• A professional cleaner attends every 2 weeks, keeping shared areas fresh and tidy

• Lioness Line – 5-minute walk
• Metropolitan Line – approx. 15 minutes by bus
• Multiple bus routes to Harrow – 5-minute walk
• Hatch End & Pinner High Streets – 15–20 minute walk
• Sainsbury’s – 5-minute walk

About Me:
I’m a professional female and work from home full-time. I enjoy yoga and pilates, meditation, reading, music, travelling and fun activities. I value a peaceful, respectful home but also enjoy friendly conversation and a positive atmosphere.

Important (and lovely!) Detail:
I have two very friendly cats who are a big part of the home. They are kept overnight in a separate room to avoid disturbance, but this home would suit someone who genuinely loves cats 🐱🐱
