I am NHS professional looking to lodge my very large master bedroom, it’s fully furnished and is disability accessible. The room includes

✅ designer bedside tables
✅ Ikea desk and chair
✅ 2x bedside lamps
✅ wall fitted cupboard (roof touching) with full size mirror (2doubles)
✅ Ikea Kallax storage unit

If you require a television or any other furniture in the bedroom, this can be considered.

The room is very spacious, light and airy with direct access to the large balcony overviewing open landscape and catching the beautiful sunrise; balcony has sitting arrangements & I decor this with plants in sumner.

There is only one shower room in the property with access to additional toilet within the building. The shower room is again very large and is fully disability accessible.

The Kitchen is part of the open plan living space with adequate cooking and storing space. I cook 2-3 times a week and happy to discuss options if you don’t enjoy cooking and would like to share what I cook with a contribution towards the cost.

Living room has dinning table , 4 chairs and a large lounger/sofa L shaped , and access to the balcony. As I will be occupying the smaller bedroom, I am not looking to share living room space, however this is an open plan kitchen/dinning/living space as such you will have access to kitchen & dinning.

Bills included - Council Tax, fibre optics/internet, water; happy to discuss content insurance. Heating and electricity bill is shared.

Cleaning & tiding - you are responsible for your room and communal space is a shared responsibility.

Suitable for professionals who works from an office site 3-5 days/week.

Also note, I have two indoor cats, they are well behaved, looked after and much loved, so the property is not suitable if you have pet allergies or dislike cats.

Property comes fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven etc which you will be sharing with me only. You are welcome to share pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. I can provide you with bedding and blankets, duck feather pillows etc if required.
