Looking for one non smoking, tidy and clean house sharer. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 cloakroom, lots of space with large garden to share (with one adult female and one 8 yr old female). Double glazed, central heating. Gas fireplace in lounge. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, double oven, washer/dryer. (Father of daughter visits a few nights a week, mostly weekends). No DSS or couples.
