The house is located in central Harrow is close to bus routes and is a 15 minute walk to the Harrow town center, Harrow on the Hill station and Harrow Wealdstone station with a direct overland train into London Euston that takes less than 15 minutes.
The rental includes high speed fiber broadband, Freeview TV, all utilities and weekly cleaning of the communal areas. There is a lovely lounge, kitchen and dining room for use of all the tenants. The house has a big garden (maintained by the landlord) and patio area which is really great for a barbecue in the summer months.
The owner/landlord of the property is looking for a suitable mature professional tenant who will appreciate and enjoy living with 2 other professionals.

A deposit equal to one month’s rental will be required and the tenant will be required to enter into a short term rental agreement.
