Lovely double bedroom located on the ground floor in an incredibly affordable flat. Located just a 5-minute walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill Station with direct connection to Central London. 15-minute walk to Westminster University Harrow Campus.

Access to a large garden. A quiet space lined with trees well catered for BBQs, garden sports, and lounging.

The flat boasts a sizeable and cosy living room and kitchen. Existing housemates have already lived in the flat for 2-4 years and the shared living spaces are fully equipped with white goods and furniture. We have a variety of entertainment items including modern and retro gaming consoles, TV, musical instruments, vinyl player, sound system, board games, and decorations.

The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and a chest of drawers.
