The house is recently furnished a new bathroom. .

I am flexible and will consider short term let (The rent for shorter tenancy will be slightly higher and can be discussed at the time depending upon the duration of the stay)
- ID/Passport or Driving licence
- Latest bank statement
- Latest payslip

Reference will be requried
The rent includes the following:-
Broadband, 1Gb Virgin Council Tax and Utility Bills. (All bills included - no hidden charges)
Open Plan kitchen with Fridge & Freezer & microwave
only light veg/ vegan cooking allowed
Good Central Heating throughout
