I’ll be away from 31st/ 1st September for 5 weeks ( dates are slightly flexible for the right person) and looking for someone to take over my room while I’m gone.
Location: 15-minute walk to Harrow and Wealdstone station.
12 min on the fast train to central London from Harrow & Wealdstone station.
Room: Double room - bathroom right outside your room (only share with the landlady at night sometimes)
Dates: 31st/ 1st September – 31st September ( flexible +/- day)
Rent: £ 150 per week or £600 per month, depending on your requirement (bills included)
The room is fully furnished, with fast Wi-Fi, a desk, and storage space ( one of these cupboards will be emptied for your use). The flat is in a great location, close to transport links, shops, cafés, etc. You’d be sharing with the landlady and another female tenant.
It’s perfect for someone who needs a quiet, comfortable, short-term place close to the city. Females only.
