Room available in Harrow for short-term sublet

Hello,

I’ll be away from 1st July 2026 until 29th/30th January 2027 and am looking for someone to rent my room during that time. The dates are slightly flexible for the right person.

The flat is located around a 15-minute walk from Harrow & Wealdstone Station, with excellent transport links including the Bakerloo line, London Overground (Lioness Line), London Northwestern Railway services to London Euston in approximately 13 minutes, and Southern services to East Croydon.

The room is a fully furnished double room with fast Wi-Fi, a desk, and storage space (one or two wardrobes will be emptied for your use). The bathroom is located directly outside the room and is only occasionally shared with the landlady in the evenings.

The flat is in a convenient location close to shops, cafés, supermarkets, and other local amenities. You would be sharing with the landlady and one other female tenant.

Dates:1st July 2026 – 29th/30th January 2027(flexible by a few days if needed)

Rent:£650 per month including bills(price may vary slightly depending on length of stay or requirements)

The room would suit someone looking for a quiet and comfortable short-term stay with easy access to Central London. Female tenants only, please.

Ideally looking for someone who would be comfortable signing an agreement/contract for the agreed rental period.
