All bills are included in the rent, including heating/electricity and Internet. The shared spaces in the house are cleaned on a bi-weekly basis. The house currently has three other tenants, who are young professionals.

The house itself is both a 5 minute walk from the shops on Wealdstone High Street and Harrow & Wealdstone train station.
