If a couple wants the room then we share the bills 33%. Average including bills for 3 people (incl myself) £600 / month each. Would allow couple to save for deposit for first home.

I also have a small box room that is available which could either be used for office / extra storage at £100 / month - you would keep the key for that room.
Whole use of house available. There's off street parking available - no permits. Shops approx 5 min walk through park.
