Gujarati, Vegetarian, Non smoker tenant wanted

We are a young, quiet and friendly Gujarati couple (with 2 children) looking for a Gujarati, Vegetarian, Non smoking person/couple to rent for a double bedroom. The house consists of total 4 bedrooms and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. We have a driveway and off street parking is also available on the street. All bills and use of internet and washing machine are included in the price. Food is not included but you are more than welcome to use the kitchen and our utensils if preferred. We expect our potential tenants to keep the room clean and tidy.
