ABOUT US: Couple and one other male. Household is over 45. Existing person moving out after 5 years. Purchased their own property.

OUR IDEAL PERSON : Over 25, mature, single professional person in permanent employment. Must be clean and tidy. We need someone compatibale to share our home and for single occupancy only. No overnight visitors allowed. No pets due to allergies.

Very good Transport links to London. Direct bus services 3 mins walk from house . 90 to Northolt tube station. 90 and 195 to Hayes and Harlington overground Train station (10/15 mins). From there surface train to Southall, Ealing Broadway and Paddington and Heathrow connect. 140 bus from Hayes and Harlington station to Heathrow airport.
Direct buses (3 minute from house to bus stop) to Sainsburys, Tesco and LIDL. U7 bus going to Brunel University, Hillingdon Hospital and Uxbridge (2 buses in the hour). 195 going to Southall, Ealing Hospital .
Uxbridge road is around 7/8 minutes walk from the house where there are 24 hour connectivity to several bus services to all the major parts of London.. 607 Express Bus going to Shepherds Bush, Acton, Ealing Broadway, Ealing Hospital, Southall and towards Uxbridge Town Centre. 427 Bus going to Southall, Ealing Hospital, Ealing Broadway, Ealing Common, Acton and towards Uxbridge Town Centre.
