A large en-suite double is available in a well looked after, professionals only house in Hayes UB3. I'm the landlord and I don't live in, but I keep on top of the property properly so it stays clean, quiet and easy to live in. The house is a fully licensed HMO.

The room is a proper double with a comfortable bed (storage underneath), fully fitted wardrobes and its own private en-suite, so you're not sharing a bathroom with anyone. It's all finished to a good standard and a cleaner comes in every week to keep the shared areas tidy.

Downstairs there's a big kitchen with two areas to it and dedicated cupboard space set aside for your room. There's a separate utility room with a washer and dryer, plus a large garden out the back. Driveway parking is included at no extra cost, which is hard to find round here if you've got a car.

Everyone living here is a working professional and it's a calm, respectful house. Quiet, not a party place. If you want somewhere settled that's actually looked after, you'll be happy here.

- 15 min walk to Hayes & Harlington (Elizabeth Line), 4 to 6 trains an hour into central London.
- Supermarket and shops are about 5 mins away.
