2x rooms (1 ensuite) available 3min from station

Hi! All bills included, 3min walk from Crossrail station, single professionals only;

Our nice little (2021 refurbished) house is few minutes walk from Hayes & Harlington station and has all the required amenities nearby. This house is the perfect London base for people who work in the centre or at Heathrow airport or anywhere along Crossrail.

We have a beautifully finished shared living room / kitchen / diner which is excellent for some board games and binge watching shows; but the best part of the house is the spacious decked garden where hanging out and working is easy. Even though there is a road and railway near the house, the garden remains peaceful and quiet, which is great for the summer.

We have now 2x rooms becoming available:

1) A double room downstairs with bay window. Shared bathroom. Good natural light. Will be furnished (picture is old but we will get a table and chair in there). Room has blackout roller blinds and is a nice place to live because of easy access to kitchen and living room etc.
This room is becoming available late September / early October as our housemate moves.

2) A large double room upstairs facing the street is
becoming available in early November. This room has super king size bed, two windows, and a private ensuite bathroom with rainfall electric shower.

There is a ground floor bathroom which is shared, and it has a rainfall electric shower, so it is always guaranteed to heat up.

All bills are included, which means Virgin wifi, electricity, council tax, gas, water, and the TV has all the apps you could want.

We are looking for a clean person who can make this place a home for them and enjoy living here for a minimum of 6 months but obviously the longer the better. We can only rent the room to an individual and not couples unfortunately.

In the house are us; we are Arvo & Ina, from Finland and Germany, and we are going to live intermittently in the house as well but we travel a lot. One room is rented to a fun young English professional male who works locally - he's been with us over a year and he knows all the ins and outs of the house.

We believe this is a wonderful house and we are looking for a great person to move in and make it their base. For avoidance of doubt, each room is for single occupancy (1 person) only.
