I have a single room available with en-suite (toilet, washbasin and shower) in a lovely clean, tidy and calm house shared with three other females. The existing tenants, are professionals who are very clean responsible and respectful of each other, so I’m looking for ideally another female who is very similar (clean and tidy, responsible and respectful to other house mates), to maintain the peace, harmony and clean standard of the shared areas.
Street parking is available outside the property, and local shops and bus stops are close by. The 90 bus is available at the end of the road and a short bus trip away is Hayes and Harlington train station which is in Zone 5 and on the Elizabeth line.
Virgin broadband M125 is included and available in both wireless and wired connection in the room for fast 100 meg speeds.
Room is fully furnished including smart TV
There is a small gated and secure patio and garden area to the rear of the property, which also has a gym.
All rooms have secure lockable fire doors and smoke alarms are fitted throughout.
A Washing machine is available in the shared kitchen and large TV in the seating and dining area.
Property was refurbished a couple of years ago, and has been maintained in a good condition throughout.
All bills are included.
