Looking for a likeminded professional to share my lovely home with.

The house is located in a conservation area and in a great neighbourhood with a real community spirit.

Perfect for Brunel students or those working at Heathrow.

Neighbours are friendly and kind and we look out for one another.

The room has a crushed velvet bed with a brand new mattress and new bedding. It has ample storage and is beautifully furnished.

The house has the added benefit of only sharing with one person (me) and is always kept clean and tidy. No waiting around for the bathroom! :)

Everything you could possibly need is already in the house (utensils, air fryer, etc.) and I’m happy for you to use everything as if it were your own. I also have a tumble dryer which is particularly handy for the colder months ❄️

The house also comes with a garden and there is free off road parking outside.

There are many nice shops/restaurants/pubs within walking distance.

Includes all bills, including 1GBPs fibre internet, perfect for working from home .

The property is well served and easily accessible by a variety of transport options:

Bus routes: h98, 195, 278 - 1 minute walk
140, 90, u4, 607, 427 - 10 minute walk
Hayes and Harlington Station is about 15-20min walk - and on the new Crossrail route :)

Barra hall park is a 30 second walk and there are a few other parks nearby too - plenty of green!
