✨ Room for Rent in Hayes

Looking for a female preferably in her twenties to take over myself on the tenancy. The tenancy has just been renewed till 18/08/2025 with options of extending.

Its a 3 bedroom townhouse in Hayes called Fizzy living.
The room is a small double bed, comes fully furnished with a double bed and a chest of draws. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other girl.
You'll be living with Milan and Kelise ( both of are in their early twenties). They have a dog called Luna and a cat called Monty so you'll need to be ok with pets.

The building is pet friendly, has a gym🏋️‍♀️ cafes and a WFH space💻. Theres a rooftop garden and other amenities. Outside the living room there is a small garden/patio area and then a communal space as seen in pictures below.
Nearest train station is Hayes and Harlington which is on the Elizabeth Line. 6 minute walk from the property and roughly 30 minute journey into the city.

🚆Ealing Broadway (District and Central line): Aprox 15-20 minutes
🚆Paddington & Bond Street: Approx 30 minutes

Ideal move in date would be the 1st of August. We are flexiable with it being earlier but no later than 1st August.
There is a £150 admin fee + £50 deposit which is to switch tenants on the contract. Rent and Council tax is due on the 1st of each month.

Costs:

⭐️ The water Bill comes out every six months (Jan & July) for whenever we go over the cap which is £84pm. Recently the latest water bill come to £100pp.
