Looking for a female preferably in her 20s to take over a double bedroom in a three bedroom flat.

Apartment complex is called Fizzy Living in Hayes. The room has a small double bed, chest of draws and closet. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.
You’ll be living with Milann and Kelise who own a dog called Luna.

The building is pet friendly, has a gym, cafes and WFH spaces, and also 2 rooftop terraces. There is also a small patio off the back of the living room.
Nearest train station is Hayes and Harlington (Elizabeth line) which is about a 6/7minute walk.
Fast trains into the city, and also easy travel to Heathrow.

🚆Paddington - 20/25 minute train ride.

There is a £150 admin fee and £50 deposit to switch tenants on the contact. Rent and council tax is due on the first of every month.
