Hi! All bills included, 3min walk from Crossrail station, single professional preferred;

Our nice little (2021 refurbished) house is exactly 3 minutes walk from Hayes & Harlington station and has all the required amenities nearby. This house is the perfect London base for people who work in the center or at Heathrow airport or anywhere along Crossrail.

We have a beautifully finished shared living room / kitchen / diner; a spacious decked garden where hanging out and working is easy. Even though there is a road and railway near the house, the rear garden remains peaceful and quiet, which is great for the summer.

The room available is a decent size double room upstairs in the rear, facing the garden. The room has a double bed, table, chair, wardrobe and nightstand. There is a large openable window. The room has shared access to the downstairs bathroom which has a rainfall electric shower, and most of the time it is just shared with 1 other person.

All bills are included, which means Virgin high speed wifi, electricity, council tax, gas, water, and the TV has all the apps you could want.

We are looking for a clean person who can make this place a home for them and enjoy living here for a minimum of 6 months but obviously the longer the better. We can only rent the room to an individual and not couples unfortunately.

We believe this is a wonderful house and we are looking for a great person to move in and make it their base.
