A double bedroom is available in a newly renovated house for only one person (best for professional) near Uxbridge Road, Hayes (this room is just for one person). It is a semi detached house where it's just my family living here. It has easy access to many buses: U4, H98, U7, A10, 427, 278, SL8, N207 (night bus) as well as railway lines a bit further: Hayes and Harlington Station, Northolt Station, Hillington Station and Uxbridge Station. There are a variety of shops, pubs, parks and schools near the house. One double bed frame with table, curtain in window, 2 wardrobes and one sharing fridge will be provided. Rent is £700 per month including all utilities, however if a tenant is not using the kitchen (excluding fridge, toaster and water), a deduction of £50 can be considered. A one month deposit is mandatory and a contract must be made between tenant and landlord.
