Recently separated and semi-retired, with busy but relaxed lifestyle, I've lived in my cosy semi-detached house for most of my life. I have two modern, spacious, en-suite rooms available, both with good views.
The ground floor room measures 3 mts. x 5 mts. with view to Pickhurst Green opposite.
The top floor room measures 5.5 mts. x 4 mts. with a fitted cupboard and great view across Hayes.
Shared inside space mainly comprises combined lounge with log-burner, dining area and kitchen. TVs liberally scattered throughout - I'm a bit of an addict!
Outside there's a fairly tidy rear garden, sun deck and dining area. There's space for three cars on the front drive - first come, first served!
The house looks out over Pickhurst Green which gives it a nice 'rural' feel.
It's a 15 minute walk to Hayes Station, or 25 minutes to Bromley South. Bus stops with service to both are two minutes walk away.
I'm looking for two easy-going housemates, not really bothered about age or gender, a social dimension always good but no pressure!
Oh and 'Buster' is my lovable working cocker spaniel so dog-lover kind of important!
