• Sole use of the main bathroom (I use a separate en-suite)
• Open-plan living room and kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, pans, cutlery etc. Projector for watching movies on a big screen.
• Cloakroom with storage for coats/shoes
• Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer
• South-facing balcony to enjoy the sunshine (when it shows up)
• Free access to residents’ gym
• Secure building with fob access to both building and floor

Location:
• 7 mins walk to Hayes & Harlington Station (Elizabeth Line)
• 22 mins to Paddington
• ~30 mins to Tottenham Court Road
• ~35 mins to Liverpool Street
• Great for anyone commuting into the West End or the City
• Bike storage available (No car parking on site or nearby – not suitable for car owners)

About Me:
I’m the live-in landlord and like to look after the place, but it’s very much your home too – you’re welcome to use my stuff, and I don’t mind company in the shared space. I work from home a few days a week and also run a business, so I’m often working from the dining table – but happy to chat or give space as needed.
