Single Room

We are a family of a couple and a child and we have a 4 bedroom house in Hayes. We are looking for a single lady (only a lady) in our furnished spacious box room ( bed, mattress, wardrobe, window curtains and freeze in Kitchen are included). Car parking is also available on the street and it is free. We are calm, neat and clean family and we expect same from our new tenant. Many shops including groceries and bus stops are near by. It is best for professional lady. Room rent is £525 per month and one month deposit is mandatory. If someone doesn’t want to use kitchen except water, tea or coffee then the rent might be considered to £475 per month. All bills are included in this rent.
