Double bed with mattress, wardrobe and recently fitted carpet and curtains are provided in the room. I can provide a chest of drawers or side table if needed. Rent for one person is £700 pcm and for two people is £800 pcm. Deposit amount is half of monthly rent.
The property is conveniently located for students and working people. Brunel university is around 3 miles away. Bus stops are 1 minute walk away and so are the high street shops, Tesco express and Indian grocery & food stores. Hayes & Harlington train station is less than 1.6 miles away and you can reach Central London within 20 minutes via the Elizabeth Line. Northolt station for Central line is around 3 miles away with good bus connectivity.

We are looking for full-time or part-time working boys from India who are tidy, quiet, responsible and can look after the home well. This is a family home so no smokers or alcoholics please. You should have a valid passport and UK visa to show when you come for viewing the room.
