We have a private bedroom available in our spacious, modern home in Hayes (UB3), around a 9-minute walk from Hayes & Harlington station (Elizabeth Line).

The person moving in will have their own private bedroom, while the bathroom, kitchen and dining area will be shared.

The home is bright, spacious and relatively new, with double-glazed windows and gas central heating. The shared kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, microwave, cooking and storage space, and separate utensils can be arranged.

🌿 The estate has plenty of space for walking and running, and a lovely canal nearby, perfect for morning and evening walks.

🛒 ASDA, Lidl, Tesco Express and other everyday shops are conveniently located nearby.

🚆 Excellent transport links: around 25 minutes to Central London/Paddington and approximately 10 minutes to Heathrow Airport by Elizabeth Line or bus.
