We have a double Room, On ground floor for professional individuals preferred - All bills are included.

All rooms come with clean beds, mattresses and Wardrobes throughout with FAST Full Wireless WiFi - There are two FULL sized Bathrooms with toilets, shower and a very clean bath.

You will be sharing in a house which is lovely, cosy, quiet and extremely friendly, in a pleasant environment ideal for a working professional. Its in a very popular part of Hayes, 5 minutes walks from Elizabeth Line, Hayes & Harlington Station and Hayes.

We have a cleaner who comes to clean the property regularly. There is a £13 per week additional charge added to your rent, plus £2 for recycling bags.

Hayes Town Boasts - Icelands, Costa Coffee, Spec Savers, Barclays, KFC, HSBC, Halifax, Nationwide along with a host of other restaurants , food courts, Leisure centre with swimming pool, steam and sauna, gym and library.

We only ask for 30 day notice period, so there are no tie-ins.
