Tenant must be very clean and tidy and one who looks after the place.
The house is newly furnished and decorated. The house is very spacious and well maintained and is somewhere you can call home.
The kitchen and dining room is fully equipped with all modern cons.
The price includes a single room and all bills inc a cleaner to clean all communal areas. One Month advance rent and first month rent is required in advance.
Minimum stay is 6 Months.

Smoking is not permitted in the house. There is a garden available.
The property is located in Hayes very close to Uxbridge and Southall
Very good transportation link is to the city and motorways.
Local shops and amenities are a few minutes walk
Parking spaces are also available.

Tenant must be pet friendly.
