We want to offer you a cosy, clean, renovated and fully furnished double-size bedroom for single occupancy. In the room, there is a wall-fitted wardrobe with lots of storage space, a desk with a chair and a comfortable single bed. The room is very spacious.

Rent is £150 per week, all bills are included.

The room is located on the 1st floor in a 4-bedroom, spacious house. On the 1st floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet room. There is a big green garden with some barbecue facilities and garden furniture at the back of the house. The kitchen is big, bright and well-equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine). There is also a spacious living room downstairs with a dining area and an entrance to the garden.

The property has all the necessary health and safety precautions, including fire alarms.

Parking is available on the street.

Local Sainsbury's and other small groceries are within walking distance.

2 minutes walk to H28 or H91 bus stop and a 15-20 minute walk to Osterley tube station (Piccadilly line takes you to Heathrow or Central London).
