Single bed room in my flat available

The photos show the flat at its messiest and the spare room not yet prepared for lodger, as it's full of my things! These are just a placeholder and you won't be sharing your room with my sewing supplies irl.

I'm a disabled woman with a spare room. There are two cats here, so not suitable for people with allergies. Not a party house as many neighbours in the block have children, including directly above and next door. The block has 14 flats and outside my livingroom is the communal garden. There is a seating area that gets a lot of sun.

Shared livingroom, bathroom (shower, wet room style) and kitchen. I expect the new flatmate to share respectfully, especially in keeping the place clean. I'm also hoping you pet the cats.

The bed is only a year old, has only been used for guests and was the most expensive mattress Ikea have so it's comfy. There is also a new desk and shelf unit, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. I intend to get a lock for the room, so you know your possessions are safe.

I was a civil servant, but have a collegen disorder that makes my joints easily dislocatable. Sometimes I might be in bed for a few days and also have professional helpers to come in and look after me, plus a cleaner. I like film and tv (drama, sci fi, fantasy, Taskmaster, comedy), nature and forests, reading, vintage & flea markets, gigs, podcasts. I usually go out to see friends rather than having them over (due to distances across London to where I used to live). Occasionally I'll stay over at my boyfriend's so I might ask you to feed the cats.
