All bills incl 27 mins to Euston doctor housemates

Hi there. I have a large double room for a luxury house-share with a female mid 20s ( medical student) and male early 30s (doctor -leaves at 5.30am, back 10pm, out all weekends). Privacy respected. Relaxed, friendly house.

Cleaner every 2 weeks. Sky TV. Sainsbury's, Waitrose and 24hr gyms nearby.
High Barnet Northern line -27 minutes to Euston ("TFL" website).
New Barnet train station -28 minutes to Moorgate ("Train" website).

Since the house was a new build when I bought it, things rarely break down. If any problems occur (boiler, bedbugs, washing machine, internet, etc) these are fixed promptly by people with the best ratings and experience at no extra cost to you.

Disclaimers
1 The phone reception is variable but high speed internet allows video calls with excellent quality.
2 No couples or smokers/vapers.
3 I use a Spareroom tenancy agreement. All housemates have reference checks-
- 1 or 2 years of a private landlord/agency reference sometime within the last 5 years
- a current employer reference to confirm affordability
