Short term let

Available now until end of November. Searching for a new female roommate until end of November 2025 as I am expecting a baby. This room is ideal for someone working at Barnet Hospital. All bills included.

I live in a very bright and peaceful flat in High Barnet. My lovely 13 year old son stays with me 4 nights a week and my partner is also here about 3 nights but it is overall never overcrowded. The place is quiet, has a communal garden, friendly community of neighbours and a 3 minute walk from Barnet Hospital.
The room is not ensuite but you have main access to a separate bathroom as we mainly use my ensuite bathroom.

I am easygoing and friendly, have lived in 6 countries and enjoy meeting new people but also can respect personal space. We have really enjoyed having tenants from around the world join our family. My last roommate has been with us for about a year and has had to leave to relocate for work.

I ideally would be looking for someone that likes to live in a good clean home with good energy.

You have open access to the kitchen/ dining/ living area. Plenty of natural light, shared communal garden with a picnic table. The building is on a quiet road 3 min walk from Barnet Hospital, 15 mins from High Barnet Station. Several bus stops within 5 mins walk. The High Street is a 5 mins walk away with shops, restaurants & cafes.

The room is small but clean, modern and comfortable. It has under-bed drawers, a hanging rail and single wardrobe. The flat is full of natural light and has good temperature control.
