Lovely light double-bed bedroom; morning sun bathes the room.

For a professional person, who works regular hours in an office etc. Single occupancy.

High Barnet Tube Station ( Northern Line) is about 500 metres away.

High Barnet town is a 7 minute walk. Near A1, M25, M1 and right on the edge of the green belt so lots of green by us.

Street parking with permit. Only for restriction between 2.00-3.00pm

Very friendly house, we are all respectful of each other’s space: we all get along together and socialise in the large kitchen but we do also spend time in our respective rooms. For this reason we all agree to limit noise after 10 pm in the evening.

Strictly no smokers or vapers,

There is a very friendly dog in the house. A 4 year old French Bulldog who really loves to socialise and play.

We all clean up after ourselves in the kitchen and all muck in to keep the place looking nice.

There’s a dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, though on good days the washing goes outside. Fridge for each of us.

The garden is sunny all day including the evening. (When the sun is shining), with lots of different seating areas and table for outside eating.

It’s a neighbourly street and we are all considerate of one another.
