High Barnet Warehouse Flat

Hi, my name is Renny, 32 year old male from the North East of England. I work in the film/tv industry so work fairly long hours. I play the drums and love music, watching films & tv series, socialising, cooking, all the usual really!

I'm looking to rent a lovely warehouse flat in a creative community in High Barnet with one other person. There are two double bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, and a third smaller room also with mezzanine, that could be a bedroom/spare room or even a music room.

Partly furnished open plan kitchen/living room/dining room ready to be given a new lease of life as we see fit! There are sofas and some cabinets in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, pots, pans, plates etc. The only downside to the place is the amount of light throughout the flat. I believe this is very sortable with clever lamp lighting.

There would be some tidying up to be done to get the place looking great but I am very keen to make this into a home to be proud of, comfortable and clean, bringing different tastes and designs together. I would also love a cat eventually!
