Double room available from 2nd of July in a friendly 5 person house share with young professionals. 2 minutes from High Barnet station.

We are a friendly house with two cats and lots of space to balance socialising and alone time. BPOC and LGBTQ+ neurodivergent friendly only please.

The room rent is £730 per month, roughly £70pm for bills and council tax band F, £30 each monthly.

Sharing with 4 others, ages 25-27, Lucinda, George, Anousha and Yasmin. And of course our two cutie cats called Oli and Fili.

We have a huge kitchen diner, conservatory, sofa area and a squish den - our comfy living room space. There are 2 bathrooms - a downstairs walk in shower, and an upstairs bath and shower.

We have a south-facing garden, swing seat and patio, big garage and greenhouse. Roses and fruit trees too!

The house is on a quiet street, 2 minutes walk away from the Northern Line, with views across North London. Easy access to both London and surrounding Hertfordshire countryside.

Hadley woods are just a walk away with lakes and ponds. High Barnet is an old market town, featuring the Spires shopping centre, Barnet college, hospital and charity shops galore.

There is extra storage available in the house.
