Hello!

We have 1 room up for grabs in our warehouse unit in High Barnet.
We are two professional working in music, we have been living here since 2019 and we are now looking for a third flat mate starting September 2024.

The warehouse unit is located inside an amazing creative community hub, 15 minutes walk from the Tube (northern Line) and another 10 minutes walk to London countryside.
Expect to find plenty of other creatives living nearby as well as photo studios, workshops and a recording studio.

The neighborhood is very peaceful, we also have a private entrance / alley with some space for hanging out outside.

The unit features a large shared open space as living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 mezzanine that is used as second living room /guest room and plenty of storage space.
The unit also has its own soundproofed rehearsal room (built by us), that is currently used as laundry room/storage room.

The room has a big window and plenty of natural light, an elevated double bed (which allows to free up some of space) and some basic furniture left behind by previous tenant.

This place would be ideal for another musician or music producer as there is also the possibility to rent a slot in our local recording studio / rehearsal room, that is located in another unit 2 minutes walk from the house (this is not included in the rent).

This is not a crazy party warehouse, as we all enjoy the peaceful and quite vibe of the area. We do occasionally host dinners or BBQs with some of the community around here,.

Small Pets are welcome (we do have 1 cat always hanging around + loads of outdoor cats in the area) and you will be free to personalize the room as you prefer.
